The Board of Directors is the general organization, legal arm, and liaison which ensures compliance with government regulations as they relate to maintaining nonprofit status. It is further charged with the responsibility of assisting the pastor in the carrying out the established policies and procedures in accordance with the Tree of Life Christian Ministries organizational documents, by-laws, and ministerial programs. The board also assists with the implementation of programs developed by the pastor. In addition, it functions as a division to accomplish all or parts of the work of the theocracy of the church and to assist the pastor in attending to business matters of the church under his direction.
