Angels on Assignment
Angels on Assignment, the church’s dance team, worship, praise, uplift, and encourage the body of Christ through sacred dance. Throughout the Bible, we read about men and women who danced before the Lord in joyous celebration and reverent worship. Dancing was an integral part of the ancient Hebrews’ worship experience, as well as of their social culture. For example, Deuteronomy 16:15-16 and 1 Samuel 30:16 tell of formal processions in the Temple; and 1 Chronicles 15:29 and Psalm 150:4 tell of spontaneous dance in the joy of the Lord. For Angels on Assignment, sacred dance is not just an art form, but it is a form of worship, a free display of excitement, happiness, and glory. Angels on Assignment includes the Praise and Worship Dance Team, the Junior Dance Team, and the Children’s Dance Team.
Drama Team
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” Colossians 3:17
The Drama Department was created to minister to the young and old, the saved and unsaved through skits and dramatization. Our objective is to edify and minister through scripture as a learning tool, and to be receptive to God’s guidance. Our intent is to provide life skills, character, and spiritual development by providing programs structured around the family.
